Supplied from Germany our Bavarian German Sausage, also known as a Bratwurst, is a traditional sausage made from both Pork & Beef. We also supply a smoked sausage called Krakauer that can be with or without chilli. Kasekrainer, a smoked sausage filled with cheese and Bockwurst which is made from a combination of pork and veal.
Lastly, we also supply Rindwurst a sausage made from beef which can also be supplied with a chilli flavoring.
Our supplier, Klaus Arnold along with his sons Andre and Tobias are master butchers are located in the small Bavarian village of Gefall. Having built a great relationship with the family we are proud to supply their traditional German Sausage
